SAFE AG assists rural communities to implement recent legislation which provides the opportunity to retain economic development from substantial consumer savings for counties, cities, schools, employers and individuals. SAFE AG enhances community financial strength through group contracting for discount savings on contracted consumer services to the residents of SAFE AG areas. SAFE AG concludes by offering revenue sharing and tax dollar retention of these negotiated group savings with the rural city, county and school administrations. SAFE AG communities have SAFETI NET_TM, (SAFE AG's "Technology Initiative Network"). SAFETI NET_TM, utilizing existing telco infrastructure, provides: least cost long distance to all consumers in the SAFE AG community; sharing a percentage of community long distance revenue with each community government; and toll free telephone access between all rural schools and local governmental offices throughout the SAFE AG area. SafeTi Net_TM is the first of its kind voice, data and video network. Telecommunication and publishing services will be in beneficial public/private partnership with the communities. SAFETI NET's plans, using current infrastructure (enhanced with proprietary software), include offering commercial INTERNET and video teleconferencing for rural school districts, health care facilities/providers, and other interested parties.
